Non-Drive Block

-MT: starter wired directly to ignition switch.

-TIP: starter powered through starter relay R61 to prevent cranking unless in Park or Neutral.

Drive Block

- Starter powered through starter relay R61, subject to clutch and TIP interlocks.

- R61 energized by immobilizer, not ignition switch.
