Failure to respond to these requests in a timely manner may result in customs delays, return of the shipment, or abandonment of the package.

Packages that are abandoned, refused, or left unclaimed due to the recipient's failure to pay import charges or provide required information are not eligible
for a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
